If James Madison Wrote The Bill Of Rights Like Liberals Would (video)

James Madison, one of the founding fathers of this great nation of ours is also known colloquially as the “Father of the Bill of Rights.”  You know the Bill of Rights i’m talking about…the one with that pesky little 2nd Amendment that drives gun controllers crazy.

The 2nd Amendment that Madison stated in the Federalist papers #46 ensures that “the ultimate authority resides in the people alone.”  Also from #46, his belief that “Americans have the right and advantage to being armed,” the advantage being over the Europeans who exist in a state of servitude.

The same Madison who, on June 8th, 1789 stood before Congress and declared “The right of the people to keep and bear…arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country.”

Before the gun controllers cling to the “militia” part I will refer to the other Founding Father colloquially known as the Father of the Bill of Rights, George Mason, when he posed the question “And who is the militia?”

“I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials.”

I just wanted to put that in context for those who many not know the history of the 2nd Amendment, and for the benefit of the willfully ignorant gun controllers who have turned a blind eye to history.  You don’t ensure a government body remains armed in order to ensure the government body stays clear of tyranny.

With that understanding it makes the following video all the more enjoyable.

This is what modern liberals would have you believe James Madison was REALLY thinking the night before he presented the Bill of Rights to the Congressional Congress.

A little humor to put the liberal notion of gun control in its place.  Because once you get around gun control ghouls like Michael Bloomberg with his hyperbolic nonsense and Dianne Feinstein with her fear mongering you realize how utterly ridiculous what they demand is.

Arbitrary bullet limits.  Demonizing black guns (which just seems racist).  Giving scary names to normal things so Rifles become Assualt Weapons and Standard Magazines become Hi-Capacity Magazines.

The 2nd Amendment isn’t about hunting.  It’s about freedom.  And as Freedom and Liberty make up the core of our country the means in which they are protected should not be infringed.  Americans knew that 225 years ago.  Let’s make sure history doesn’t get rewritten by billionaire gun haters and their financed lackeys.
