Can you hear me now? T-Mobile Employee Shoots 2 Armed Robbers

Yes yes, I know the “Can you hear me now?” is the Verizon catchphrase but I just couldn’t help myself.

In the South Side of Chicago off of E 95th St at around 11am, a T-Mobile store was the scene of an armed robbery turned on its head when an employee of the store who is a concealed carry pulled out his firearm and shot the two would be robbers.

The two, as of yet unidentified men, ages 24 and 35 entered the premises and pretended to be shopping for cell phones and after a few minutes pulled out firearms.

One employee ran to the back to call the police while another pulled out his own firearm and shot the robbers.  The employee hit the 35 year old man in the left arm and groin while the 24 year old suffered gunshot wounds to his left arm and abdomen.

Upon facing an armed opponent and taking 2 slugs to the body apiece the robbers fled the store without even firing a shot.  The employee gave chase, relaying descriptions and directions to the police who he now had on the phone.

The two robbers drove themselves to a nearby hospital where they were taken into police custody and are listed in serious condition.

In the age where companies are all to quick to endanger their own employees by buying into the BS that Gun Control coats itself with, it is good to hear reactions like this from the District Manager of T Mobile Neil Tadros:

“I think concealed carry is a great opportunity for managers, workers, employees to protect themselves in these cases. And our employee did a great job to protect themselves and the other employee.”

“Thank God for concealed carry.”

Finally, a company that gets it.

And this isn’t an isolated incident either as more and more law abiding Chicagoans begin exercising their rights to keep and bear arms.

Last Saturday, the owner of the Z&S Food and Liquor store shot and killed two teens who entered and tried to rob him at gun point.

With gun control being pulled back in Illinois, criminals are going to find it’s going to get a little more dangerous for them when their would be victims start shooting back.
