Hypocrisy Continues…Lawful Eagle Murder Being Pushed Forward

An object in California is criticized by some and heralded by others.  On one hand it promotes liberty yet on the other it can cause tragedy and bloodshed.  Used properly it can be a great safety net to the people of California while improper or criminal use will result in bloodshed.  Some find them disturbing while others appreciate the benefit they provide. Being Gay trumps being a Gun Owner in New Mexico

The Supreme Court of New Mexico has ruled that, by refusing to photograph a gay wedding, a photography studio violated the law. Long story short, private business owners, Jonathan and Elaine Huguenin don’t agree with gay marriage and chose not to provide photography services to a lesbian couple. According to the New Mexico Supreme Court,the case “teaches that at some point in our lives all of us must compromise, if only a little, to accommodate the contrasting values of others. A multicultural, pluralistic society, one of our nation’s strengths, demands no less.” Compromise.  Funny, this doesn’t seem like a compromise but rather forcing a someone to do something they are diametrically opposed to. Talk about a guy who loves loopholes.  Well, I guess he only loves loopholes when he can exploit them. While President Obama has droned on ad nauseum about the so called “gun show loophole” and the internet gun sales loophole and anything else he doesn’t like about the 2nd Amendment calling it a loophole, he doesn’t seem to have an issue exploiting a loophole of his own. No, I’m not talking about how Obama declared that the Individual Mandate of Obamacare wasn’t a tax but is only Constitutional as one. Attempted Mass Murder Proves It’s Time For California To Ban “Assault” Vehicles

In another example of California’s wanton disregard for the safety of its citizens, the permissible culture of Sacramento allows anyone to buy an “assault” vehicle without passing a background check. Oh sure, if they buy this killing machine on four wheels from a Licensed dealer then they may have to undergo a little credit check and the dealer will keep a record of the transaction…but what about the USED CAR LOOPHOLE!?!?!?! Gay man defends life by shooting attacker who was beating him to death

In a tranquil town in Florida a homosexual man was taking a walk at night when he passed within sight of a black teenager on the phone. That teenager believing the the man was a homosexual then proceeded to loop back around to confront him.  That confrontation consisted of the black man using bigoted terminology while knocking the gay man to the ground and beating his face in and smashing his head upon the concrete. The gay man, instead of being beaten to death in this obvious hate crime, pulls out his pistol and shoots his bigoted attacker once in the chest.  The shot is fatal.  The gay man calls the police and they rule the shooting was justified. The Journal News invasion of gun owners privacy: Round 2

The Journal News is once again seeking to acquire gun owners information and addresses in Putnam, Rockland and Westchester Counties.  This is a rehash of the action they took last year when they published the names and addresses of legal law abiding gun owners in December to try and ostracize  gun owners. Ironic, that the workers at the Journal News did not seem to enjoy the same treatment when their addresses and information was made available online.
