Why Gun Control Laws Suck

Because frankly, guns saves lives while gun control costs them. A law abiding citizen who exercises their right to keep and bear a firearm does so for the protection of themselves and others.  A criminal with malicious intent in their heart will use ANY weapon they can, ignore all laws therein, and will be creative in their want of destruction. With the advent of the affordable 3D printer and the PC connected milling machine, I recall the movie Jurassic Park.  In that movie Dr. Ian Malcolm, played by Jeff Goldblum, made an observation when Jurassic Park’s Creator, John Hammond, was explaining the measures they put in place to control the dinosaurs.  In particular, by making all the animals female they removed the ability for reproduction that wasn’t monitored and registered by the facility. Far too often you hear cases about law abiding citizens having their guns confiscated by police officers never to have them returned.  While this appears to happen in mostly anti gun states like California the idea that shady characters can act with impunity behind a badge effects all 50 states. Let us not forget to point out with healthy skepticism, the notion that police officers who run the gun control scheme of “gun buybacks” are really going to let a $10,000 gun or rifle go to the smelter.  No, they are going to hand the schmuck who is pawning ol grampa’s WWII memento for a $25 gift certificate to Bed Bath and Beyond while the officer (or dept) is adding that same rifle to his own personal collection, if he doesn’t sell it outright. Blaming Guns for Spree Killings is like Blaming Short Skirts for Rape

Once again a mentally disturbed affluent liberal goes on a killing spree because he isn’t getting laid and OF COURSE the focus is on banning guns from the law abiding. I’m speaking specifically of the recent California spree killing perpetrated by Elliot Rodger.  While some repeatedly call this a mass shooting gun grabbers seem to overlook the fact that Elliot Rodger killed his first three victims with a knife.  He also ran over more victims in his high priced BMW. Gun Controllers Proved Wrong AGAIN as Student Goes On STABBING Spree

In Murrysville Pennsylvania, a scant 15 miles away from Downtown Pittsburgh a student has been arrested for going on a stabbing spree wherein some 20 students were injured, seven of which have life threatening injuries. Franklin Regional High School was the scene of the carnage as the unnamed student entered in the building a little after 7am and started running through the halls stabbing people.  Emergency Management Spokesman for Westmoreland County, Dan Stevens, had this to say: “School was in session and students were arriving for morning classes. It happened in numerous classrooms and the hallways.”  The suspect, a male student who attends Franklin Regional, is in custody. Elementary school was cancelled before any students arrived.  The middle and high school’s were placed on lockdown and students were only being released to their parents. In a story that is just full of fail a man from Maine had his home besieged by SWAT troopers armed with assault rifles because he had a tattoo. In Norridgewock Maine, Michael Smith works nights so when a tree removal crew entered onto HIS property and started making a racket at 10am he was understandably upset.  Smith arose from his bed and went outside to tell the intruders to get off his property and to keep it down.  Coming directly from his comfortable bed Smith didn’t feel inclined to put a shirt on.  It was this inaction that revealed his “dangerous and frightening” tattoo; that of a handgun by his waistband.
