Supreme Court Ruling Makes Islam More Important Than The 2nd Amendment

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Muslim woman who sued Abercrombie & Fitch on the basis of discrimination because they denied her a job because she refused the dress code banning head scarves while at work. First of all, I wonder if the court would rule in the same way if the girl in question was a Christian and was denied a job because she refused to remove a cross from around her neck. But I digress.  Let’s just focus on the 8-1 decision by the Supreme Court to award damages to Samantha Elauf.  Of course the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is thrilled because this is a feather in their cap after they sued on behalf of Elauf. Maine Poised To Join States With Constitutional Carry

In big news the Maine Senate has passed legislation for Constitutional Carry by a vote of 21-14. In a surprising twist, the vote did not fall completely on party lines, as three Democrats voted in favor of liberty while 2 Republicans turned their back on the Constitution and on the rights of the people. The bill now heads to the state Legislature which is expected to pass it when it is taken up within the next couple of days. The bill, L.D. 652, will Maine the seventh state that allow individuals to carry a concealed handgun without a permit. It has 96 co-sponsors, more than half the members of the Legislature, and the blessing of some members of the Republican and Democratic leadership. A Cavalcade of Court Wins For the 2nd Amendment This Past Week

In the past 8 days or so, a number of victories both big and small have popped up in courts all over the North East. Instead of Mercedes SUV, Carjacker gets bullet to the chest from Armed Citizen

In one of those feel good stories that the lamestream media assures you never happens, a carjacker was stopped dead in his tracks (literally) when he decided to jack a car in the wrong parking lot. In a Macy’s parking lot in Orem, Utah, about 40 miles outside of Salt Lake City, Taulagi Matafeo thought it would be a good idea to carjack a woman that he saw in a Mercedes SUV.  Matafeo forced his way into the car with the woman inside and the woman began to scream. Unfortunately, the woman was unarmed and Matafeo was getting close to success until a good Samaritan (WITH A GUN) decided to intervene. Matafeo leapt out of the car to attack this unnamed savior and was shot once in the chest.  He would later die at the hospital. Once again a educational institution is taking it upon themselves to promote the irrational mouth breathing stance against guns OFF campus. As you may have recalled I wrote an article some time ago about 3 high school students who recieved year long suspensions for playing with airsoft guns AT HOME. I appeared on NRA News on Tuesday, March 24th, 2015, to discuss the problem with Everytown for Gun Safety’s latest misinformation campaign targeting young women who support gun rights and concealed carry. Here’s more on the appearance from the NRA News: Gabriella Hoffman has written about Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety, and its assertion that young women can’t handle firearms. A series of tweets from the gun control group characterizes young women as drunk, irresponsible, and a danger to themselves.
