Apparently, when Gov. Cuomo broke the rules and rammed the SAFE Act down the throats of his constituents in the dead of night before anyone read it, it held some disturbing sub parts that are now just being brought to light. Namely, the 4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized will no longer be recognized as an absolute right and will be wantonly ignored whenever the authority desires it.
